Terms of Service

1. Educational Purpose: By using the Campus and the Our Kora curriculum, you acknowledge that you are engaging in an educational practice. You agree that the Virtual Scholars are logic-mapping tools, not medical or clinical advisors. 2. Assumption of Risk: You assume full responsibility for any actions taken based on the logical maps or blueprints generated during your sessions. Midwest Mind & Method is not liable for personal or professional decisions made by the user. 3. Membership & Access: Novice and Practitioner memberships are for individual use only. Access to the Faculty is provided through third-party integrations (Poe), and we are not responsible for third-party downtime or service changes. 4. The 1:1 Exchange: For every paid membership, we reserve one annual seat for a working educator. Scholarship recipients are selected at the sole discretion of Midwest Mind & Method. 5. Code of Conduct: We reserve the right to terminate access for any user who uses the Faculty to generate harmful, illegal, or predatory content.
